To enroll, please complete the form at Contact Us. Confirmation will be sent within 48 hours.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance. We accept major credit methods and bank transfers. Please ensure full settlement before the scheduled start date.

5. Refund Policy

We differentiate among services, digital materials, and physical merchandise.

5.1 Services

Fee refunds are available up to 14 days before the session start date, minus a processing charge of 10% of the total fee. For custom one-on-one guidance or special retreats, fees are not refundable due to the personalized nature and limited availability. However, sessions may be rescheduled at no extra cost if notice is given at least 7 days in advance. All refunds are processed within 10 working days via the original payment method.

5.2 Digital Materials

Digital learning materials are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no downloads or access have been initiated. Once access has been granted, we cannot offer a refund due to the intangible format.

5.3 Physical Merchandise

Items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Transfers and Rescheduling

Requests to transfer session dates or change service types are subject to availability. Please contact us at least 7 days before the original date to avoid processing fees.
